How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply contact us through whatsapp/wechat/email. Our export will reply your message within 1×24 hours. Will be fast respond within working hours on Monday to Friday 9.00 – 17.30 and Saturday 9.00 – 12.00. Just buzz us on whatsapp for faster respond.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Cocopeat and Cocofiber: 1 container 40″ container. Typically, 18–20 metric tons per container.
Briquettes: 1 container 20″ container. 16–18 metric tons per container.
VCO & CCO: 1–5 metric tons per order, depending on packaging and destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We typically accept payments via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) for larger orders. Specific terms can be discussed during negotiations.

Do you offer shipping to any country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our logistics team works closely with shipping partners to ensure timely delivery. We can provide FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) quotes based on your preferences.

What is the lead time for an order?

Cocopeat & Cocofiber: 2–3 weeks.
Briquettes: 3–4 weeks. depending on the production schedule and packaging customization
VCO & CCO: 2–4 weeks, depending on the production schedule and packaging customization

What are your packaging options?

We offer flexible packaging solutions:
Cocopeat & Cocofiber: Bulk bags (bales), polybag, and compressed blocks.
Briquettes: Boxed in cartons or bulk plastic packaging.
VCO & CCO: Available in bottles, drums, or IBC tanks, customized to your specifications.

Do you offer product samples?

Yes, samples can be provided for all products, though shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy after the goods are arrived at delivery address. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Please reach out to our agent to initiate the condition details while you are receiving the goods. Make sure all the unboxing are recorded and documented well to process the return compensation. We will make sure you will receive best quality on each batch.

What are your product’s shelf life and storage recommendations?

Cocopeat & Cocofiber: These products have an indefinite shelf life if stored dry and in a cool, ventilated area.
Briquettes: Typically 2 years when kept in a dry environment.
VCO & CCO: VCO has a shelf life of around 2 years, while CCO lasts up to 18 months. Both should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can you provide private labeling?

Yes, we offer private labeling services for all products such cocopeat blocks/bags, shisha briquette and VCO & CCO. Our team can help with custom branding and packaging based on your requirements.
